About The Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail‐obsessed Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of stock accuracy and flow across our Distribution Centre.
As a member of our DC team, you'll oversee inventory integrity, storage optimisation and replenishment – ensuring our products move quickly, efficiently and accurately between all touch points.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining highly accurate inventory, stock locations and cycle counts
Optimising storage, replenishment and pick efficiency
Coordinating inbound stock, container unloads and returns processing
Partnering with Planning, Production and DC teams to resolve stock and supplier issues
This is a full‐time, Monday - Friday, on site role based in our Reservoir Distribution Centre – 6am starts are non‐negotiable (we are open to considering part‐time for the right candidate).

Experience working with warehouse systems (WMS) and strong systems capability
Confidence utilising data (Excel essential) to drive accuracy, decisions and improvements
