This isnot simply a freight booking role.
We are seeking an experiencedExport Coordinatorto manage international export shipments from initial request through documentation, compliance, freight coordination, tracking and final delivery.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing international exports end to end
CoordinatingDangerous Goods, temperature sensitive and specialised shipments
Preparing and reviewing export and DG documentation
Ensuring customs, regulatory and internal compliance
Coordinating warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers
Proactively tracking shipments and managing exceptions
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have:
Experience inexport coordination, international freight, shipping or logistics
Proven end to end international export experience
PracticalDangerous Goods experience
Exposure to temperature sensitive or specialised cargo




Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance
Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses
Solid tracking and exception management skills
Excellent attention to detail

If a shipment hasn't moved,you want to know why.
If documentation isn't right,you question it.
If delivery is at risk,you act before it becomes a problem.
You take ownership of the shipment journey through to successful delivery.
