You will assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections, supporting a smooth, guest-focused operation in a busy resort environment.
Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Cookery, knowledge of Contemporary Australian cuisine, HACCP and OH&S;, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
