Job Description
We're looking for anArea Manager to lead ourNorth Lakes and Burpengary locations on afull-time, 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role whereyou'llsupport your teams on the ground, coach performance, solveoperationalchallenges,andensure the right vehicles are available for customers.

Here'showyou'llshine:
Lead the overall performance of the North Lakes and Burpengary locations.
Coach and develop team members to achieve customer service,sales,and operational targets.
Build apositive,accountable,andhigh-performingteamculturethrough effective performance management and feedback.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in delivering outstanding service.
Managerostering,productivity,andlabourcoststo meet operational needs.
Support fleet planning and vehicle availability to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor KPIsand branchperformance, implementing action plans whererequired.
Maintainsafety,compliance,andoperational standards across both locations.
Your Skills




OperationalLeadership:Experienceleading teams within car rental,transport,logistics,fleet, tourism,hospitality,accommodationorsimilar operational environments.
People Leadership:Proven ability to coach staff, manage performance and create a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Customer Focus:Experience handling customer issues,resolvingescalations,anddriving positive service outcomes.
CommercialAwareness:Comfortableworking with KPIs, budgets,productivitymeasuresandoperational reporting.
Planning & Problem Solving:Able to manage competing priorities, solveoperationalchallenges,andkeep operations running smoothly.
Hands-On Approach:Willing to support frontline operations whenrequiredand lead by example.
This is not a desk-based leadership role.
Car rental experience will be highly regardedbutis not essential.
All successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check, hold a current full driver'slicence, and have full Australian working rights.
