Title Accounting Clerk Location: Casino & Operations Closing Date When Filled Wage Range $***** per hour Supervisor Finance Administrator Description Responsible for general accounting for the Casino and Operations enterprises and will provide back up support to other Accounting clerks, which include payroll processing, accounts payables, general ledger, and casino auditing and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
This position involves rotating weekend shifts.
Education Accounting Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, six months to one year of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications Experience with Excel is essential.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Proficiency in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software applications.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions.
