Lead Technical Field Engineer| NV1/NV2 Clearance Required
Are you an Australian Citizen with an activeNV1/NV2 Security Clearanceand robust technical support experience?
We're looking for aLead Technical Field Engineerto provide first and second‐level support across desktop, server, networking, and software environments.
In this role, you'll:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux environments
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities
Support physical and virtual infrastructure environments
Work directly with users to resolve critical technical issues
We're interested in professionals with experience in technical support, field engineering, desktop support, IT support, or service desk environments.
Requirements:
NV1/NV2 Autralian Security Clearance (mandatory)
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience
Windows and Linux support experience
