About The Role
You'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and enhance exceptional learning programs for children in the Toddler Room.
Your commitment to safety, inclusion, and responsive care will help ensure every child feels valued and supported as they explore, learn, and build relationships.
In This Role, You'll
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
Support toddlers' developmental milestones and emerging independence
Build strong and meaningful relationships with children and families
Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
Collaborate with colleagues and centre leadership to deliver high-quality programs
Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement
About Goodstart Beachmere
75-place centre in a relaxed coastal community
Opportunity to work in the Toddler Room
Conveniently located close to local schools, shops, transport, and the beach
Open Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Two outdoor play spaces featuring sandpits, barked areas, shaded spaces, gardens, and natural play features

What you'll bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
Genuine passion for supporting toddlers' learning, development, and wellbeing
