What Your Days Look Like
Leading search and digital shelf performance across retailer and marketplace platforms.
Improving product discoverability throughcontent,keywordsandsearchoptimisation.
Managing agency and platform partners.
Monitoring content health, ratings,reviewsand availability.
Delivering performancereporting,insightsandrecommendations.
Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Category teams on launches and campaigns.
Driving digital content and asset best practice.
Building digital shelf capability across the business.
The Ingredients for Success
Experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, retail media,shoppermarketingorarelatedfield.
Understanding ofretailer search,sponsoredproductsandonline merchandising.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




Experience working withagencies,platformsortechnology partners.
Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
FMCG, groceryretailor marketplace experience will be highly regarded.
