Role Overview
Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction is genuine and memorable
Oversee high volume stock management and ensure seamless store operations
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards, keeping the store looking sharp and on-brand
Manage rostering and workforce planning to maximise store performance
Take accountability for store results, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Desired Experience




Previous experience as a Store Manager in the Retail or Hospitality Industry
Background in outlet or high-volume retail environmentsExperience with delivering results against sales targets and KPIs
Strong leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams
Confident in stock management, VM execution, and operational processes
Skilled in rostering and driving team productivity
