About the Role
As a Parts Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department, Trade Customers, and Retail Customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories efficiently
Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and fleet customers
Processing sales transactions and preparing quotations
Receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
Participating in stocktakes and inventory control activities
Working closely with the Service Department to ensure workshop requirements are met
Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role (preferred)




Robust communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn dealership systems
A current driver's licence
Highly Regarded
Experience with Toyota parts systems or electronic parts catalogues
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Previous dealership experience
