The Chance We're urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the South or Mid region of the Central Coast.
In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
What You'll Be Doing Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagementAssisting with transport, shopping, and outingsDelivering personal care with dignity and respectSupporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation What You'll Get Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leadersPaid induction and continuous trainingRegular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm)Minimum 3 days availability required What We're Looking For Caring, empathetic, and reliable individualsWillingness to learn and growCert III/IV in Aged Care,
