Account Manager / Office Manager
Design Studio | South Melbourne (Onsite)
We're working with a South Melbourne-based design studio looking for a dynamicAccount Manager / Office Managerto join their collaborative team, based onsite role in a fantastic co-working space with lots of great facilities.
This role perfect for someone who enjoys both client-facing work and keeping a studio running smoothly.
You'll be working across a diverse mix of projects, fromwebsite project management and ongoing maintenance, to events, property marketing, and corporate brandingwithin the Architecture & Design space.
Their clients include flooring companies, builders, and interior designers, particularly for showroom environments.
What you'll be doing:
Managing client relationships and day-to-day communications
Overseeing website projects from brief through to delivery
Coordinating studio workflow and supporting internal operations
Handling costings, estimating, and invoicing




Assisting with property marketing campaigns and branded collateral
Supporting event coordination and execution
What we're looking for:
4-5 years' experience in a design, creative, or branding studio (highly regarded)
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple projects at once
A personable, easygoing attitude and you're great with clients and the team
Comfortable working in a flatstructure, collaborative environment
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving studio
They're a tight-knit, down-to‐earth team with a casual, supportive vibe.
