We are seeking an experiencedSite Schedulerwith strongPrimavera P6experience to support planning and scheduling activities for major construction and infrastructure works atLobs Hole, Cooma.
The role will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, ensuring construction activities remain aligned with project milestones and delivery targets.
This is a site-based position working on a14/7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor actual progress against baseline and approved schedules, identifying delays, slippage and critical activities.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly/monthly programs and progress reports for site management.
Coordinate with construction teams, engineers,



subcontractors and project managers to capture actual progress, planned activities and resource requirements.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting and impact assessments for changes and delays.
Key Skills & Experience
5+ years of experiencein construction, infrastructure, civil, tunnelling, mining, energy or major projects scheduling.
Solid hands-on experience withPrimavera P6.
Proven experience developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
Strong understanding ofcritical path, dependencies, baselines, progress updates and schedule forecasting.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland project reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
