About the Role
As theOrganisational Change Manager,you will lead the people side of the transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
Lead organisational changefor a majorTechnologyOne EAMS implementation.
Deliver change, communications, stakeholder engagement and business readiness strategies.
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness and training needs analysis.
Partner with project, technical and business teams to drive successful adoption.
Coach leaders, manage change risks and embed sustainable business outcomes.
About You




You're an experienced Organisational Change professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys working closely with the business to make change land successfully.
You'll bring:
ProvenTechnologyOne change experience, ideally OneCouncil, with exposure toEAM, HR & Payroll and/or Finance & Supply Chain.
Alternatively, strongERP or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation experiencewithin a complex organisation.
Experience withinLocal Government, public sector or similarly regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder capability, with the confidence to engage fromfrontline teams through to executives.
Experience working acrosslarge, multi-workstream transformation programs.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach tobusiness readiness, adoption and managing change impacts.
Confidence personally facilitatingtraining, workshops and Superuser forums.
