Nextt is seeking female Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a participant living with aleg amputation.
This is an prospect to provide meaningful, hands-on support while helping the participant maintain their comfort, dignity and independence.
The role is2:1 support, with two Support Workers rostered to each shift.
About the RoleYou will assist with a range of daily care and support needs, including:
Personal care and continence support
Complex bowel care
Mobility assistance and manual handling
Medication assistance
Diabetes support
Pressure care and wound management
Domestic assistance and household tasks
Following Behaviour Support strategies and individual support plans
Supporting the participant to remain as independent and comfortable as possible
Completing clear and accurate shift notes and communicating with the wider support team
Experience incomplex care, personal care, manual handling or continence supportwill be highly regarded.Shift Details
Monday to Sunday:
7:00am – 9:00am
2 Support Workers per shift
Additional shifts may become available




We're looking for Support Workers who can provideconsistent and dependable availability.Pay RatesSCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate:$*****/hr
Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday–Friday):$*****/hr
Active Night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday–Friday):$*****/hr
Saturday:$*****/hr
Sunday:$*****/hr
Public Holiday:$*****/hr
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking people who are:
Experienced or confident in providing personal and complex care
Comfortable with manual handling and mobility support
Confident assisting with continence, bowel and pressure care
Able to follow individual support plans and Behaviour Support strategies
Reliable, professional and respectful
Strong communicators who understand the importance of accurate documentation
