Your Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care andsupport to older individuals, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable,and connected to their community.
Your responsibilities willinclude:
Providing essential services such as personal care,domestic assistance, meal preparation, and medicationsupport.
Helping clients stay active and engaged through socialsupport and transport services.
Observing and reporting any changes in health or well-beingto the coordinator.
Promoting independence and choice while ensuring a highstandard of care.
Creating meaningful connections with clients and theirfamilies.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking kind-hearted, proactive individuals who arepassionate about aged care and community services.
To be successfulin this role, you'll need:
Certificate III in Individual Support or CommunityServices(essential)




A currentFirst Aid Certificate&SA; Driver's Licence(essential)
A reliable vehicle withcomprehensiveinsurance(essential)
Experience working with older people in a home caresetting
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus ondignity and choice
The ability to work independently and within a team
