Sydney Aboriginal Family Support Service (SAFSS) is seeking a compassionate NDIS Support Worker to join our team in Sydney, NSW.
You will work directly with participants and families to promote independence, inclusion and wellbeing, delivering one-on-one support in home and community settings.
Your role includes assisting access to activities, appointments, social participation, and documentation while collaborating with families and other providers.
