Job Description
St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking experienced Ward Clerks/Customer Service Officers to join our Resource Unit on a casual basis across all campuses, with flexible shift options including night duty.
You will support patient admissions, transfers and discharges, act as a key contact for enquiries, manage reception and records, and provide a friendly, qualified service to patients, families and staff while using hospital information systems.
