Best & Lessis offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full time Higher Duties Team Member to join our passionate and supportive teams at ourFulham Gardensstore this role offers 38 hours per week, requiring the successful applicant to be available to work across Seven working days with potential to progress into a relief management position.

Your day will consist of:
Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store




Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
Higher Duties
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.

1-2 years retail experience required
