Victoria Racing Club is seeking a Membership and Customer Sales and Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to members, customers and stakeholders across race days and everyday operations.
You will handle inbound inquiries, manage the membership inbox, process renewals and new applications, and support data integrity while contributing to sales targets and a positive team workplace.
