Role Overview
We're looking forFood Production Machine Operatorsto join our growing production team.
This is ahands-on, fast-paced rolewhere you'll be involved in setting up, operating, and monitoring food manufacturing and packaging equipment while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor food production machinery for optimal performance.




Prepare and set up machines according to production schedules and product specifications.
Ensure products meet all quality control and regulatory requirements.
Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
Accurately complete production records and reports.
Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience operating food processing machinery (e.g. pasteurizers, fillers, mixers, homogenizers, bottling lines, packing equipment).
Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
Proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to accurately complete production records using clear and legible handwriting.
Show commitment, discipline and care across all aspects of the position.
Ability to follow all regulations, SOPs, policies and procedures.
Ability to strictly adhere to Work, Health and Safety regulations (e.g. constant use of PPE).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 25 kilograms.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
High level of self-motivation and initiative.
