With a reputation as a reliable one-stop shop, they cater to residential, commercial, and industrial building needs across Greater Sydney.
Role:
As aCustomerService Specialist, you will be thefirst point of contactfor allcustomerinteractions—both inbound and outbound.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail,



particularly when processing orders through internal systems.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers and stakeholdersto ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your role will also involvebookingdeliveries,checkingstock levels, and supporting a range ofend-to-end administrative tasks, all as part of acollaborative,customer-focused team.
