? The Opportunity
OTE $3K–$5K+ per week(uncapped commissions)
Warm, qualified appointments provided —NO cold calling
Sell premium solar & battery solutions (high demand, robust rebates)
Mix ofphone-based closing + occasional in-home appointments
Valid driver's licence required for conducting in-home appointments
Full-time opportunity with serious earning potential
If you can close consistently, this is a$200K+ income role.
? What You'll Be Doing
Runningpre-qualified appointments(phone + occasional face-to-face)
Presenting tailored solar & battery solutions to homeowners
Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
Working closely with our ops team to ensure smooth installs
✅ What We're Looking For
Proven experience inclosing high-ticket sales(solar,



finance, property, etc.)
Minimum 1-2 years of high-ticket sales experience required
Experience with transactions valued at $5K+ or higher required
Strong objection handling and confidence asking for the deal
Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
Ability to build trust quickly with customers
Comfortable working on acommission-only structure
Australian work rights required
