Working acrosskitchen, servery, cleaning and laundry services, you will collaborate closely with hospitality and clinical teams to ensure residents receive high-quality service and care.
Our Domestic team members typically commence in one area and arecross-trained across all service areas, providing flexibility and variety in the role while supporting team needs.

About the role
As a Domestic team member, you will:
Perform food handling duties in line with FoodSafe hygiene standards
Assist with meal service, drinks and snacks while supporting resident choice
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the facility
Complete cleaning schedules and documentation
Manage laundry duties, including collecting, washing, folding and returning linen
Ensure workspaces and equipment are clean, protected and well maintained
Communicate effectively with residents and teams
Contribute to a safe environment by reporting hazards and incidents
Support a warm, home-like environment for residents
About you
Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or similar environments
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting older people




Good time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with residents and colleagues
