IMC is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and research‐active academics to join our Hobart or Perth campuses as Sessional Research Supervisors for theMaster of Business Researchprogram.
This role offers the opportunity to supervise postgraduate research students, contribute to high‐quality research outcomes, and participate in the delivery of research methods coursework.
About the Role
As a Sessional Research Supervisor, you will:
Provide face‐to‐face research supervision to Master of Business Research students
Guide students through proposal development, methodology, data analysis, and
thesis completion
Ensure academic integrity, ethical compliance, and scholarly rigour
Provide timely and constructive feedback on research work
Contribute to teaching in research methods units where required

About You
You will have:
APhD or doctoral qualificationin a relevant business discipline
Evidence of beingresearch active within the past 5 years
Previous experience supervising postgraduate research students
Solid knowledge ofresearch methodologies
Understanding ofhuman research ethicsand institutional research protocols
Excellent communication, organisational, and time‐management skills
