We're looking for aRegistered Nurse with a genuine passion for general practiceto join our friendly and supportive GP team.
This is an opportunity to become an important part of a practice wherequality patient care, teamwork and communityreally matter.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality nursing care to our patients
Health assessments and chronic disease management
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound care and treatment
Health promotion and preventative care
Assisting with procedures and clinical duties
Supporting our GPs and working collaboratively with the practice team
Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring best-practice standards are followed
About you
You'll be aRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationand ideally have experience in general practice with the Best Practice Clinical Software package.
We're looking for someone who is:

Confident working independently and as part of a team
Organised and able to manage a wide-ranging workload
Passionate about preventative health and ongoing patient care
Reliable, approachable and willing to contribute to the wider practice
Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care
General practice experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
