Job Description
SJ Power is looking for an experienced Solar Electrical Team Leader to take ownership of residential solar and battery installations across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Central Coast.
This role isn't a hands-off handover; you'll lead the crew on site, set the standard for workmanship and ensure every installation is protected, compliant and high quality.
You'll still be hands-on and on the tools while developing your team and taking ownership of the results.
