This represents an extremely rare senior opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Birtinya.
This firm has been in operation for many years and are growing at a rapid rate.
POSITION
The position of Senior Accountant to cater for future succession planning.
The role will involve:
Manage a high quality SME client base
Supervise a motivated team of accountants (on shore and off shore)
High level tax compliance and advisory
Attend networking and business development events to grow the firm's brand
Work alongside the outgoing partner to transfer client relationships
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Solid technical tax knowledge
Previous experience managing staff (on shore and off shore)
Great longevity and stable employment history (non negotiable)
Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
