We are seeking anexperienced Employment Consultant professionalwho can step into a caseload with confidence, build employer relationships proactively, and drive return-to-work outcomes within theRTWSA / Workers Compensation and NDIS environment

About the Role
This isnot an entry-level role.
You will manage a diverse caseload within the Workers Compensation / RTWSA system, requiring you to confidently navigate stakeholders,



competing priorities and complex client needs.
You will:
Build and maintainstrong employer relationships
Support clients withjob readiness, applications, interview preparation, job applications and reverse marketing
Conductworkplace visitsto establish and maintain placements
Collaborate withinsurers, medical professionals and allied health providers
Support NDIS participants through structured employment pathways
Drivesustainable return-to-work outcomes, not just short-term placements
What We're Really Looking For
You are someone who canhit the ground running, take initiative and manage complexity without needing constant direction.
You bring:
Proven experience inEmployment Services (essential)
Outstanding written and verbalcommunicationskills (essential)
Demonstrated experience inreverse marketing and employer engagement(essential)
High-levelemotional intelligence— you can read people, de-escalate and build trust quickly (essential)
Strong understanding ofWorkers Compensation / RTWSA systems (highly regarded)
Confidence working withchallenging clients and multiple stakeholders
Strongtime management and organisational skillsin a fast-paced environment
A balance ofempathy and accountability— you care,



but you also drive outcomes
Initiative— you don't wait to be told what to do

Competitive salary + super + commission to increase take-home pay

Qualifications & Requirements
Desirable:
Career Development, Employment Services, Injury Management, Nursing, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related qualifications
Essential:
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
National Police Clearance
Full Australian working rights
Willingness to obtain:
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Clearance
