About the Role
Lead West Arnhem Regional Council's Business & Commercial Services portfolio in Jabiru, NT.
Drive commercial performance, oversee contracts and funding, and mentor a multidisciplinary team — all while reporting directly to the Director of Technical Services.
Duties
Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team
Strengthen commercial performance across Council's portfolio
Identify opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
Drive business development and new funding opportunities
Provide commercial insights that inform Executive decisions
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Management (or equivalent leadership experience)
Demonstrated leadership of commercial, contracts or business service functions
Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Current C Class driver's licence
You'll receive a competitivesalary commencing from $137,917 PLUS 12% Super,together with:
