Silverchain is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, empowering independence and safety.
You will work autonomously with clinical support, manage a meaningful caseload and perform assessments, admissions and care planning with a robust emphasis on advanced nursing skills.
Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration, 12+ months nursing experience inacute/community/agedcare, and a collaborative, client-centred approach.
