Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, delivering timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.
About the Role
As a Casual Group Facilitator in our Relationship Educator Program, you'll deliver therapeutic group sessions in-person and online, supporting individuals and families to strengthen their relationships.
You'll facilitate groups in-person at an Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug treatment centre.
Sessions run in the day and evenings, with a supervision session beforehand and note-taking afterward, totalling 4 hours per group.
You'll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to a safe, engaging, and reflective learning environment.

Casual contractopportunity
Delivery ofin-person and online group programsin Bathurst region
Sessions are typically held9am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 8.00pm
Availability to facilitate approximately2-3 groups per school term(Monday to Friday)
Salary approx $*****-$***** an hour (depending on skills & experience) + 30% casual loading + 12% super
What You'll Bring
Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups with adults, children, or families is essential
Training in Tuning Into Kids (TIK), Tuning Into Teens (TINT), Parenting After Separation (PAS) and Circle of Security (COS) is desirable
A trauma-informed, client-centered approach
Robust communication, empathy, and reflective practice skills
Valid NSW Class C drivers licence and own comprehensively insured motor vehicle
