What We're Looking For:
Proven experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery (asphalt or civil experience highly regarded)
White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence an advantage)
Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when required




Sound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processes
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage
What You'll Do:
Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projects
Load, spread, and level asphalt and materials
Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
Assist the crew with general site and asphalt works when needed
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
