Run your own section in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on strong section control, consistency, teamwork, and delivering quality food in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities
Run your own section in a fast-paced kitchen
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and standard
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service

About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced cafe or casual dining environment




Confident working in a high-volume service workplace
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and qualified approach
Willing to take direction and contribute to team success
Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
