About the role:

healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic prospect to become part of a supportive community pharmacy that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and healthcare advice to the local community.

We are seeking a permanent part time or team member who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service
Assisting customers with front-of-shop sales and enquiries
Replenishing and merchandising stock
Assisting with pharmacy promotions and catalogue displays
Operating the register and processing sales
Supporting pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations




Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store setting

Skills and experience:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be reliable, enthusiastic and well presented
Enjoy working as part of a team
Be willing to learn and take initiative
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential
