The Imperial Backpackers Hotel in Hobart is seeking a reliable live‑in management couple to steer the day‑to‑day operation of our three‑storey hostel. You’ll live on‑site in a fully furnished one‑bedroom manager’s apartment behind reception and lead a small team to deliver a protected, clean and welcoming guest experience.

Summer is rapid‑paced and demanding, winter quieter, with responsibilities spanning reception, bookings, housekeeping coordination and on‑site maintenance.
