Aussiefast Transport Solutions are seeking an experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper based at our Pooraka head office.
The role is available in a part-time capacity, for 2 days per week and will support our in-house Accountants.
This role is ideal for a bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently and contributing to the success of a growing business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bookkeeping functions in support of in-house Accountants
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing, superannuation, and employee record maintenance
Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
Management of debtor collections and supplier payments
Cash flow monitoring and reporting
Monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation
Liaising with external accountants and assisting with year-end requirements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following attributes:




Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within an SME environment
Strong knowledge of Australian accounting, payroll, and GST requirements
Experience using Myob accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Skilled communication skills and a proactive approach
