Aspect Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in regional NSW.
You will oversee mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover, reporting to the Head of Projects and guiding a multidisciplinary team.
You will drive performance, manage client relationships, and influence strategy, commercial outcomes and safety.
