The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing VIC invites applications for the After-Hours Coordinator at DDSO4 level to provide leadership, specialist services and management of disability support in the least restrictive workplace, across lifecycles and all life domains.
The role requires collaboration with service providers, advocacy for inclusion, and work with complex clients to access resources and ensure quality of life for clients and families.
