About the opportunity
As a person-centred Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be supporting children within a transdisciplinary team with the aim to enhance the lives of our clients to live life in their terms.
In this role you will:
Provide both individual and group OT training/intervention programs
Showcase your ability to deliver and evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments
Assess and train clients in the use of assistive devices and equipment to do everyday activities, such as cooking, cleaning, showering etc.
Provide/advise on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve their occupational performance on daily activities and improve quality of life

About you
To be successful in this role you must hold a nationally recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and a current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You will also have:
Knowledge and skills in working with children, adults, and older adults
Be a team player who is passionate in supporting people to live life on their terms and build on their independence
Enthusiastic to provide exceptional client services to children that are blind or low vision
Being proactive and showing creativity is strongly encouraged
