Land Transport is a leading national Road Transport company who specialists in General Freight Transport.

In this role we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team in our Wagga Wagga Depot.
You will be required to ensure all paperwork, including consignment notes and manifests are entered into our JAIX Freight System ready for drivers.
This will require your robust attention to detail and high level of data entry accuracy.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills will be needed as you liaise with customers, drivers, managers and other staff within the Land Transport business.

To be successful in this role you will:
Willingness to learn company policies and procedures
Experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and time frames
Dedication to training and learning all facets of the Administrative roles




Develop strong Australian geographical knowledge
Good attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Great communication and time management skills
Understanding of the Transport industry preferred but not essential

Your hours of work will be 38 hours per week, with work hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime when required.
