Stan Bond are looking for a warm, professional and highly organisedShowroom Customer Care & Sales Support Consultantto join our team at our Campbelltown Display Centre.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and is interested in interiors, home improvement, window furnishings or design.
You will be one of the first points of contact for customers visiting or contacting our showroom.
Your role will be to welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them through the first stage of their enquiry, arrange appointments with our sales consultants, and ensure they receive a professional and positive Stan Bond experience.
You will also provide important support to our sales team through accurate administration, customer follow-up, appointment planning and system updates.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Welcome customers into the showroom and create a warm, professional first impression
Speak with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email
Understand customer needs and help guide them towards suitable product options
Book appointments for sales consultants and assist with showroom enquiries
Support the customer journey from initial enquiry through to appointment stage
Assist with retail & commercial customer enquiries
Maintain accurate customer records, notes and follow-up tasks
Use internal systems to manage appointments, enquiries and customer information
Work closely with sales consultants and other areas of the business
Help create a smooth, helpful and high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
We want someone who is:




Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, showroom or sales environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers and explain complex information clearly
Strong sales awareness with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Customer service excellence mindset with a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Ability to work as part of a team whilst also taking initiative independently when required
Qualified presentation and interpersonal skills that reflect positively on the brand
Reliability and punctuality with strong work ethic and commitment to consistent performance
IT skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and customer management tools
Flexibility to work showroom hours, which may include weekends or evenings as required
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development in customer service and sales practices
An interest in fine furnishings, interiors, design or home improvement would be an advantage, but not a necessity.
Hours and Location
This position is based at ourCampbelltown Display Centre.
Applicants must be available to work during the following hours: (Part Time or Full Time Hours Available)




Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: *****am - 1.00pm (Rotating Roster)
