About the Role:
As a Residential Supervisor, you'll play a key part in supporting theacademic, social, and emotional well-beingof our boarding students.
You'll help foster a vibrant and respectful boarding culture where students feel supported, heard, and cared for.
You'll work closely with staff and students to create a'home away from home',



and be part of a community that values connection, respect, and growth.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (boarding or similar role ideal)
A calm, respectful, and consistent approach to guidance and discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a mix ofweekday evenings and weekends
A validWorking with Children (Ochre Card)or willingness to obtain
A genuine interest in pastoral care and youth development
Live-in accommodation is provided as part of this role.
