Langford Aboriginal Association (LAA) is seeking a senior leader to direct Programs & Community Services, ensuring community-led, culturally protected and compliant delivery across all programs.
You will work with the COO/CEO to plan, supervise, and continuously improve services, safeguarding outcomes for Elders and community members.
The role requires strategic oversight, partnership development with funders and government bodies, and building workforce capability while maintaining strong governance
