Senior Consultant - Recruitment and Qualified Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer based in Perth, WA, to deliver enterprise‑grade software solutions within a collaborative and technically focused workplace.

This role is ideal for a developer with deep expertise in C#, .NET, and Blazor, who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

This role has an option to work from home 4 days a week.

Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in software development.
Proven track record in delivering complex software projects with measurable impact.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience with Blazor, with robust front‑end development capability.
Solid understanding of software architecture,



design patterns, and performance optimisation.
Skilled Attributes:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
Development Tools and Processes:
Azure Dev Ops and Git for work management and version control.
Toggl for time tracking, linked to Dev Ops tasks.
Candidates must be based in Perth with full working rights.
