Job Description
Downer seeks an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Lead to govern the CMDB, drive data quality, and shape governance across the enterprise.
You will collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders to deliver CMDB enhancements, discovery, service mapping and CI lifecycle improvements.
You will own data quality controls, ITIL-aligned processes and reporting to support incident, problem and change management in a product-led DevOps workplace.
