About the role

This role will support the Property and Building Manager with day-to-day residential property management, while also assisting with building and Body Corporate related matters.

Key responsibilities
Assist with daily residential property management and general administration.
Process rent payments, rent reconciliation and tenant ledger entries.
Assist with end-of-month processing and monthly reconciliations.
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare inspection reports.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including liaising with tenants, owners and contractors.
Follow up maintenance requests and obtain quotes from contractors.
Assist with advertising vacant properties, arranging property inspections, processing tenancy applications and finding suitable tenants.
Prepare and manage tenancy-related documentation and records.




Communicate with tenants and property owners regarding day-to-day property management matters.
Assist with Body Corporate and building management matters, including obtaining maintenance quotes and coordinating contractors.

About you
A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Basic knowledge of residential property management.
Previous property management or real estate experience preferred.
Experience with REI Cloud preferred.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, owners, contractors and committee members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn different aspects of property and building management.
