About the role

Wing Ho Asian Restaurant is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef. We're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and dining experiences for our customers. Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor kitchen operations, food preparations, stock levels, ordering stock, and food costing
Plan, prepare and cook meals while ensuring the quality and consistency
Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety operations
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and report to the head chef
Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment

About you
Diploma or higher qualification




12 months of full-time or part time equivalent work experience or 3 years of relevant full-time work experience or equivalent
Ability to excel in a high-volume and work under pressure workplace
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
