Pepe's Ducks Ltd. in Mulgrave, NSW, is seeking a Hatchery Assistant to support our breeding program. The role starts early, with a 4:45am start and weekend rostering. You will handle eggs and ducklings, grade fertility, and operate up-to-date automated incubators and equipment.

Applicants must be physically fit to lift up to 10 kg repeatedly and comfortable working with live poultry. Full Australian work rights and willingness to work weekends are essential.
