About the role

This is a commission-only opportunity for a driven mortgage broker who wants to maximise their earning potential with the backing of an established business. Whether you're an experienced broker or ready to transition into broking, you'll have access to an existing client database, ongoing lead opportunities, dedicated onshore and offshore administrative support, CRM, compliance and lender systems, mentoring, and flexible working arrangements. Key responsibilities
Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to settlement
Conduct detailed fact finds and needs analysis
Assess loan servicing and suitability across multiple lenders
Structure lending solutions for owner-occupiers, investors and refinancers
Present recommendations and loan options to clients
Gather supporting documentation and maintain compliance records
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and other stakeholders
Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the application process
Generate business through referrals, networking and relationship management
Conduct annual client reviews and identify retention opportunities

About you




Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Strong customer service focus
Current Australian driver's licence
Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage broking, banking, or lending
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (highly regarded)
Existing referral relationships (highly regarded)
Experience with aggregator and lender systems (highly regarded)
